First homologation of the diploma, then one of three routes. UC3M Early Admission needs no PCE exams, public universities require the PCE, private ones have their own tests.
Homologation by the Spanish Ministry of Education confirms that the school diploma is equivalent to the Bachillerato. A Russian diploma needs it for any official bachelor's degree. You can apply only after finishing school, and while the decision is pending you study on a volante.
