Via PCE UNEDasiss
The Universidad de Alcalá (UAH) belongs to the single admission district (distrito único) of Madrid's public universities: places are allocated by admission grade (nota de admisión) and the order of preferences in the application. A Russian attestat is homologated as the Spanish Título de Bachiller. Under the Madrid universities' agreement for 2026-2027, for non-EU countries without an agreement (such as Russia) the access grade is the grade on the UNEDasiss accreditation, and the minimum requirement is passing the PCE exams needed to accredit the Bachillerato modality (modalidad). For a homologated Bachillerato the access grade ranges from 5 to 10 counting up to 4 PCE, and at most two subjects can raise the admission grade — only PCE passed through UNED. Without passed PCE you can apply only in the extraordinary round (convocatoria extraordinaria). Foreigners from non-Spanish-speaking countries must prove Spanish at B2 (DELE, SIELE, Escuelas Oficiales de Idiomas, etc.) unless the degree description sets a different level. At UAH waiting lists are generated automatically. Madrid universities may require special tests for certain degrees; the sources mention no UAH entrance exam for these IT degrees — check.
Admission with a provisional accreditation or homologation receipt (volante) is conditional: the place is withdrawn if the final documents are not submitted by the university's deadline. Under Decreto 43/2022 non-resident non-EU foreign students pay the fourth-enrolment price, and a student stay authorisation (autorización de estancia) does not count as residence.
