Madrid's public universities share a single district (distrito único): places are allocated by admission grade (nota de admisión) and your order of preference. The Russian school certificate is homologated as the Spanish Título de Bachiller; for students from non-EU countries without an agreement, the access grade is the grade on the UNEDasiss accreditation, and the minimum requirement is passing the PCE exams needed to accredit the Bachillerato modality. Access grade (5 to 10) = (0.2 × certificate average + 4) + 0.1 × each passed PCE grade (at least 5), up to 4 PCE; with weighted subjects the admission grade can reach 14.
