Via PCE UNEDasiss
The Russian attestat is homologated in Spain as the Título de Bachiller: you apply to the Ministry of Education and should also request the Volante de Inscripción Provisional, which allows provisional enrolment if you are admitted. In parallel you obtain UNEDasiss accreditation: it can contain the access/admission mark and the Bachillerato modality based on the PCE exams taken. At UVa, foreign students with a homologated Bachillerato and a UNED accreditation that sets the modality get places first. Admission mark (nota de admisión) = UNED accreditation grade (or homologation credential grade) + a·X1 + b·X2, where X1 and X2 are at most two weighted PAU or PCE subjects from the weighting tables, each with a grade of at least 5.0. Pre-registration (preinscripción) is mandatory even for degrees without a place limit: online at www.uva.es, up to 12 options in binding order of preference; in 2026 it ran from 3 June to 3 July, with the first list on 9 July. You can apply jointly to degrees at all public universities of Castilla y León. Documents proving academic requirements are submitted at enrolment (matrícula), not during pre-registration; keep your pre-registration key.
The 2026 dates have passed — check next year's deadlines on the UVa website. UNEDasiss accreditation applications are accepted from 4 February to 1 December each year; UNEDasiss advises taking at least four PCE subjects on the first application.

If you have a homologated Bachillerato or a UNED accreditation without a Bachillerato modality, UVa allocates places «in second place» — after applicants whose accreditation sets the modality. The admission mark is calculated the same way: the homologation credential or UNED accreditation grade plus at most two weighted subjects. According to UNEDasiss, without PCE exams the grade would fall between 5 and 6 points.
Homologation can take several months — request the Volante de Inscripción Provisional so you can enrol provisionally if admitted.
